Ibyo wamenya ku mukino wa Rugby wuje amacenga n’ubwenge, VAR, ndetse ugakinwa n’abafite ibigango

Rugby ni umwe mu mikino ikundwa kandi ugakinwa n’abanyarwanda ariko abenshi bakaba badasobanukiwe n’uyu mukino umaze imyaka isaga 18 ukinwa mu rw’imisozi 1000 ndetse ukunda kurangwamo abakinnyi bafite ibiro byinshi.

Mu rwego rwo gufasha abanyarwanda kuwusobanukirwa ndetse n’abashaka kuwukina kuwugiraho ubumenyi bw’ibanze, IGIHE yasuye Ishyirahamwe ry’Umukino wawo mu Rwanda, iganira na Muhire John Livingstone ushinzwe iterambere ry’uyu mukino mu Rwanda.
